Rain or Shine, Still on Par

Today, we were proud to sponsor the BOP Insurance Industry Golf Day at Arikikapakapa Golf Course in Rotorua. Held on Friday the 13th, the weather certainly lived up to its reputation, with persistent rain throughout the day. Fortunately, our giveaway hats proved their worth, keeping attendees dry rather than shielding them from the sun.

Despite the conditions, teams completed 15 holes in good spirits. Courtney Syverston and David Millington hosted guests on the course, while Lisa Gibson, Maddie Stubbins, and Tim Head, who stayed comfortably dry, kept the high-demand BBQ running smoothly with support from Courtney.

Alongside the BBQ and giveaways, our signature beer, The Adjuster, helped lift spirits and added to the day’s camaraderie. The event also raised $800 for Rotorua Hospice, supporting the vital work they do in the community.

It was a great opportunity to connect with the Upper North Island insurance community. Thank you to everyone who helped organise and support the event and ensured its success despite the weather.
