Sharing Knowledge, Building Liability Expertise

Last week, our Liability team came together in Auckland for a day and a half of collaboration, learning, and idea sharing. With more than 30 adjusters travelling from across New Zealand, the conference provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect in person and strengthen the relationships that underpin our work with clients.

The programme featured a series of presentations from Jeff Stagg, Casey Bradly, and Danie Keyser, alongside insights from industry guests Christine Petersen (Vero Insurance), Jacob Neville-Smith (QBE Insurance), Philippa Fee (Fee Langstone), and Leighton Cox (Morgan Coakle). Their contributions added depth and perspective across key areas of liability practice.

The conference concluded with a client morning tea, giving Auckland-based clients the opportunity to meet team members from across the country and gain a broader view of the expertise within the Liability team.

A strong turnout, valuable discussion, and shared learning made the event a clear success, with new connections and opportunities already emerging as a result.
