Being organised will help you to be successful in the role - from appointing suppliers and contractors, to managing every stage of the claim while delivering excellent customer service.

From the initial contact with the customer following an insurance claim, our CSC team liaises with all stakeholders such as suppliers, contractors, insurers and brokers to drive the claim to successful resolution for the customer.
Who would this role suit? Experience within the insurance industry is a nice to have, however a positive, solutions focused attitude, or background in customer service or hospitality will set you apart from the pack. Being tech savvy is essential.

When the unexpected happens, a burglary, a flood, or property damage due to a natural disaster, our Loss Adjuster is there to guide customers through the insurance claims process. Basically they are our everyday superheroes, in someone else’s story.
Working on a portfolio of domestic insurance claims, where no two days are the same, our Loss Adjusters come from a variety of backgrounds. These include building/trades, police, investigations, project management and of course, the insurance industry.
If you are an experienced specialist Loss Adjuster, with expertise in speciality lines of business and thrives in an environment where major and technically challenging losses is your daily bread, then we want to hear from you.
Throughout New Zealand and the Pacific, our Specialist Services team is comprised of the most respected Loss Adjusters in the NZ insurance market and handle a variety of claims including liability, forensic accounting, business interruption, contract works and material damage.
