We provide an end to end motor claims solution, managing all aspects of the claims process, including first notification of loss, damage assessment, providing claims settlement recommendations, and taking recovery action against liable parties.

We offer a third-party administration function, managing the claims process end to end, which includes making payments, providing bordereaux, and other management information reporting. 

Our motor service is tailored to suit clients’ needs, with specific programs and service levels designed to suit all requirements. Where we provide regular service level compliance reporting, along with other reporting specific to client's needs. 

We respond to motor claims anywhere in NZ and provide virtual assessment opportunities through our ConnectMeLIVE technology to speed up the assessment process, where appropriate.
