After 8.5 years of exceptional service, it's time to bid farewell to our IT Director, Graham Spencer, as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement. During Graham's tenure we transformed our IT operations, growing the team to meet industry demands and continually improving Centric, our cutting-edge claims management system.

As Graham steps into retirement, we express our gratitude for his invaluable contributions and well wishes for his retirement.

But as one chapter closes, another begins, and we are thrilled to usher in a new era under the leadership of Adrian Collier, our incoming IT Director. Joining our Senior Leadership Team, Adrian brings with him a wealth of experience garnered from diverse industries, including health, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, renewable energy, and international trade.

Adrian's proven track record in steering major programs, orchestrating organisational change, and spearheading growth initiatives positions him perfectly to lead our New Zealand IT team. His adeptness at navigating complex industries aligns seamlessly with our ethos of innovation and excellence.
