Corporate Escape: Working Our Way to Success!

Our teams from HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT recently gathered in Auckland for a fun and collaborative Corporate Day, with participants travelling from all around New Zealand and Australia to join us. The day was designed to spark new ideas and strengthen our bonds as a team.

The day began with a Strategy and Overview session, before moving into a our group activity designed to encourage creative thinking and teamwork. Have you ever tried building a tall tower using only spaghetti, marshmallows, and tape? It was a fun and challenging exercise that pushed us to think outside the box.

Each department had the opportunity to showcase their staff and  expertise, giving everyone insight into how each part of our business operates and contributes to our success.

But the day didn’t end there! We tested our teamwork and problem-solving skills in an exciting Escape Room challenge. It was a thrilling experience that brought out the best in everyone as we worked together to solve puzzles and “escape” in record time. The day concluded with a well-deserved evening of drinks, nibbles, and a celebratory dinner, where we had the chance to relax, reflect on the day, and enjoy each other’s company.

As a token of appreciation for their hard work and participation, everyone went home with a goody bag filled with gifts. The event left us all feeling more connected, motivated, and ready to tackle the challenges ahead as we continue to move forward together.
