Judges were impressed with our agility on creating systems and process virtually overnight to change our assessing model to fall in line with insurer decisions following the devasting weather events earlier this year. Also of significant highlight to the judges were our initiatives around improving health & safety workflows, best practice environmental strategies and CommUNTIY activities including donations to Ronald McDonald House and the Cancer Foundation.
