Planet vs. Plastics

Today is Earth Day, a time to focus on protecting our planet. This year’s theme, “Planet vs. Plastics,” addresses the serious issue of plastic pollution. Our everyday choices, like using plastic bottles, bags, or wrappers, have a significant impact on the environment, from polluting oceans to harming wildlife.

Our team is committed to reducing plastic use by 60% by 2040. We believe these changes are essential for both human and planetary health.

Through our staff's commitment, we are also able to support "Keep New Zealand Beautiful," a not-for-profit organisation that has been promoting environmental education and advocacy since 1967. Their well-known campaigns, like ‘Be a Tidy Kiwi’ and ‘Do the Right Thing,’ have made a lasting impact on New Zealand’s culture.

Our donations to Keep New Zealand Beautiful fund educational programmes that inspire the next generation of Tidy Kiwis. These programmes, along with community initiatives and research, encourage sustainable practices and help reduce pollution.
