Standing Together for Pink Shirt Day

At McLarens, Pink Shirt Day is more than just a splash of colour. It’s a day that reflects values we hold close, embracing diversity and building a workplace where everyone feels they belong.

This year, our team across the country came together to show support for a cause that matters to us. We put on pink, fired up the ovens, and ran bake sales in our offices to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation.

It was a great excuse to share some sweet treats, catch up with colleagues, and reflect on the importance of kindness and looking out for one another.

Pink Shirt Day is a reminder of the role we all play in making our workplaces and communities welcoming for everyone.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped raise awareness and funds. Whether you wore pink, baked, donated, or simply joined in on the day, it all added up.
