At McLarens, we firmly believe in performing everyday magic. This enchantment reached new heights as over 230 of our team gathered for our biennial company conference in Auckland, staying at the magnificent SkyCity.
The glittering gala awards night, held in the Weta Cave, was the crown jewel of our company weekend. It was a night when the spotlight shone brightly on those who have consistently gone above and beyond in their respective roles. Their unwavering dedication to excellence was celebrated with great pride.
A massive congratulations to all the incredible nominees and well-deserving winners.
But, before the glamorous awards night, there was another side to our conference – the not-so-glamorous "Welcome Luʻau" the previous night. Now, we'll let you be the judge, but rumour has it that Dean Garrod organised these outfits himself!
Our company weekend was a perfect blend of professional development, team-building activities, and a memorable awards night. It reaffirmed our commitment to excellence and provided a platform to honour the individuals and teams who make our success possible.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to give special recognition and appreciation to the entire MNZ team. They've dedicated their blood, sweat, and tears in responding to the two most significant insurance weather events we've witnessed in NZ. Their dedication and hard work have been nothing short of extraordinary.
