This past weekend we held our Company Conference in beautiful Rotorua. Over 90% of our staff travelled across NZ to attend when the devastating Auckland tornado struck. Despite being bang in the middle of our conference, a disaster response hub was quickly set up in a room at the hotel to respond to incoming claims immediately.
Team members from both McLarens and Mode, offered to help those in need and passing up their opportunity to participate in all the fun. A true demonstration of our team culture.
The weekend culminated in our Awards Gala night where we celebrated the best of our staff in Academic Excellence, Customer Service and Overall Excellence.
To find a winner was a difficult challenge as we were overwhelmed with the amount of examples of our staff going above and beyond.
We are proud to be able to recognise and acknowledge the amazing work our people do every day to deliver the best service for our clients and their customers.
